The custom of worshiping the Four Palaces - 4 lands governed by 4 gods - has been a tradition in Vietnam for many generations. The gods govern the lands and create balance between nature and humans.
With the introduction of popular culture, the transformation and evolve of Vietnamese society has inspired the "transitional" generation of artists like me and Nguyen Hong Ngoc ( born between 1995 to 1986) to use art as a method of expression. Hong Ngoc, dressed as one of the four gods, is 3d scanned and becomes a form of stereoscopic illusion. The god stood tall like a mountain and danced vague movements.
