OWNERSHIP.ZERO

The work was presented in the group exhibition "TechNoPhobe", HCMC Vietnam. 

Format: video played on a Lcd screen, placed inside a white painted wooden box. 3D printed statue. Pyramid hologram installation.

Ownership. Zero is an installation about the production and experience of “real” objects in the digital age of consumerism. Various objects will exist in three forms – first as an image displayed on a flat LED screen, second as hologram projections on the top level of a display case, and third as actual 3D printed objects on the bottom level of the same display case.

With this work, Tung questions the blurring line between virtual and physical would. “Which one is the true surrogate?”, asks Le Thanh Tung
